APPLYING FOR A STALL

Follow the steps below and you'll be ready to trade at the Mona Vale Xmas Market in no time.

 

STEP 1.

Read the event  Terms and Conditions:

STEP 2.

Download the appropriate stall application form:

 

All stalls, e.g. art, jewellery, craft, fashion, etc., please complete the "standard" form, 

this includes any vendor selling food products/packaged food, not for consumption onsite,

e.g. preserves, chocolates or spices.

All food stalls that sell meal type food, will need to fill out the "food stall" form.

 

You will also need to register your food business with the Northern Beaches Council. Link here

 

The Northern Beaches Council will send food inspectors to the event on the day.

 

It is the vendor's responsibility to make sure they are compliant with all of the Council's rules and regulations.

 

Food vendors will be inspected by the Northern Beaches Council Health Inspector on the day.

 

There is a very limited number of spaces available for food vendors.

STEP 3.

Fill out the application form and return it via email along with a copy of your insurance policy certificate of currency and the Stall Waste Volumes form.

 

STEP 4.

You will receive confirmation of your successful application via email.

 

STEP 5.

Once approved, make the appropriate payment to secure your stall.
